Crane’s Appraisal Service offers appraisal services in the Illinois counties of Madison, St. Clair, Monroe, Bond, Clinton, Washington, Macoupin, Jersey, and Randolph.  Please find our resume and license copies on our resume page included on this website.  Crane’s Appraisal Service is comprised of three appraisers: Illinois Certified and Senior Appraiser, Sidney Crane; Illinois and Missouri Certified Appraiser, Jack Crane; and Illinois Certified Appraiser, Natalee Schwalb.  The appraisers specialize in many Illinois and Missouri appraisals including residential, commercial, multi-family, and condominium.  We are versed on full inspections, narrative reports, and drive by appraisals.  We use the most state of the art equipment and fully integrated software for our appraisal reports.  We use internet access for comparable research, map information, census data and other market data.  The latest technology enables us to better serve our clients, not only through more accurate processing, but also through fast turnaround times.
